Who can use Ease Barber
Ease Barber is for salon and barbershop owners and the workers they invite. Owners must be 18 or older and give us correct information when registering.
Your account
- Keep your username and password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
- As the owner, you are responsible for the workers you invite and what they can do in the app.
- Tell us on WhatsApp straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
The beta
Ease Barber is free during the beta for a limited number of salons. Features may change while we improve the app. Before the beta ends, we’ll tell you the monthly price and you decide whether to continue. Nothing is charged automatically.
Paying for Ease Barber
After the beta, Ease Barber costs a monthly fee that we agree with you before you’re charged. You pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Payments are not made inside the app. If a payment is late, we’ll remind you first. We may pause your account if it stays unpaid.
Your data
Your salon’s records belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to run Ease Barber for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.
Using the app fairly
Don’t use Ease Barber for anything illegal, try to break into or disrupt the app, or resell access to it.
Your records and responsibilities
Ease Barber helps you keep records, but the numbers are only as correct as what is entered. You are responsible for checking your entries and for your own tax and legal obligations.
Keeping the app running
We work hard to keep Ease Barber available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or problems outside our control. Work you record while offline syncs when the connection returns.
Stopping or pausing an account
You can stop using Ease Barber at any time and delete your account or shop from the app. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we’ll tell you first.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, that come from using Ease Barber. Our total responsibility is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the problem.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and tell you in the app or on WhatsApp before important changes take effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
