Delete your account
You can delete your Ease Barber account or your shop at any time, right from the app. If you can’t get into the app, contact us and we’ll do it for you.
Delete from the app
Open the Ease Barber app
Log in with your username and password.
Go to Settings
Open the Settings screen in the app.
Choose what to delete
Tap Delete account or Delete shop, then confirm.

Can’t get into the app?
Message us on WhatsApp from the phone number you registered with. We’ll confirm it’s you, delete your account, and let you know when it’s done.

- Your login and account details
- Your shop’s details: name, address and city
- All shop records: work, bills, tips, payouts, advances, expenses and reports
- Logins of workers linked to your shop
What we may keep
- Records the law requires us to keep, only for as long as it requires
- Backup copies, which are overwritten within 30 days
Are you a worker?
Contact us on WhatsApp to delete your own login. The work and pay records you have with a salon stay part of that salon’s records.
