Who we are
Ease Barber is an app for running salons and barbershops. It is made by Asaan Dealing, a company based in Lahore, Pakistan. In this policy, “we” and “us” means Asaan Dealing.
What we collect
When you register your salon, we collect:
- Your name, username and phone number
- Your salon’s name, address and city
- Your password, which we store in a protected form and never in plain text
When you and your team use the app, we store the records you enter:
- Services, prices, bills and tips
- Whether a bill was paid in cash or online, and which of your accounts it went to
- Worker details: name, username, phone number and pay setup
- Advances, allowances, bonuses, payouts and shop expenses
- A history of edits and deletions, so changes can be checked
We also collect basic technical information, such as the app version and error reports, to keep the app working properly.
Ease Barber does not take payments inside the app, so we never collect card or bank login details.
How we use it
- To run the app: keep your records, calculate worker pay and build your reports
- To review your registration, set up your salon and train your team
- To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about your account, support and pricing
- To keep accounts secure and find and fix problems
- To improve Ease Barber
Who can see your information
- The salon owner can see all of the salon’s records.
- Each worker can see only his own work, tips, advances and pay. Workers never see the shop’s totals.
- Our team looks at your data only when needed to set up your salon, help you, or fix a problem.
- Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf and is not allowed to use it for anything else.
We don’t sell your information. We share it with authorities only when Pakistani law requires us to.
Where it’s stored and how we protect it
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers run by Amazon Web Services. Data travelling between the app and our servers is encrypted, and only a small number of people on our team can access the servers.
How long we keep it
We keep your salon’s records for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or shop, we delete your data within 30 days, except for anything the law requires us to keep, and only for as long as it requires.
Your choices
- View and correct your records in the app at any time
- Download your records as PDF or Excel from the app
- Delete your account or shop from Settings in the app, or ask us to do it for you
- Ask us any question about your data on WhatsApp
Business use only
Ease Barber is made for businesses. Salon owners must be 18 or older to register.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For important changes, we’ll also tell you in the app or on WhatsApp.
